Apicoectomy is a surgery activity with local anesthesia to remove apical part of the tooth root along with pathologic contents in a bone, such as cist or granuloma.
On the other hand, surgery activity sinus lift includes working with local anesthesia where mucosa of maxillary sinus is lifted and bone is added. In this way, we install implants of appropriate length.
